Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ImmiLane (immilane.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
ImmiLane is a web application that tracks PERM labor certification processing data from the U.S. Department of Labor. The public dashboard — processing trends, employer filing statistics, timeline estimates, and visa bulletin data — is free to use and requires no account. We also offer Case Watch, an optional paid email subscription that monitors a specific PERM case number and sends automated status summaries and change alerts.
Use License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ImmiLane for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:
- Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site using automated tools without prior written permission
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the site's design, code, or proprietary visualizations
- Use the site or its data for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or infrastructure
- Misrepresent the source of data or present ImmiLane's analysis as your own without attribution
Case Watch Paid Subscriptions
Plans and billing. Three monthly recurring plans: Daily digest ($8.99/month), Weekly digest ($4.99/month), Alerts only ($2.99/month), in U.S. dollars, renewing automatically until cancelled.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. Checkout is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Plan changes. Switching plans takes effect immediately for email cadence; the new price applies from your next renewal (no mid-cycle proration).
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and continue service during a short grace period, after which sending is suspended until payment succeeds. If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be cancelled.
Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Automatic end of service. When your case reaches a final decision (certified, denied, or withdrawn), we send a final update, stop the watch, and cancel the renewal automatically — a decided case is never billed for another month.
What it delivers. Summaries are generated with automated tools including AI-assisted text generation and may contain errors. Delivery depends on the DOL publishing data and on third-party email infrastructure; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or instantaneous notification.
No effect on your case. A subscription does not influence, expedite, or alter the processing of any immigration application. We are not a law firm and have no relationship with the DOL or USCIS.
One case per subscription. You must have a legitimate interest in the case you register. You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
Data Sources and Accuracy
The PERM case data displayed on ImmiLane is sourced from publicly available records at the DOL's FLAG (Foreign Labor Application Gateway) system. While we strive to present this data accurately and update it multiple times daily, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information displayed.
Processing time estimates are generated algorithmically based on historical trends and current processing rates. These estimates are projections, not guarantees, and should not be the sole basis for any immigration-related decisions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ImmiLane is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on ImmiLane constitutes legal advice. The site is an informational tool, not a law firm or immigration consultancy. For legal guidance on your specific immigration case, consult a qualified immigration attorney. See our full Disclaimer for additional details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImmiLane and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, or any decisions made based on information provided by the site.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Case Watch emails are informational summaries of public DOL data — they are not legal advice, and a missed, delayed, or inaccurate email does not extend any immigration deadline or create any liability beyond the limits above.
Third-Party Services
ImmiLane uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of ImmiLane is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The ImmiLane name, logo, site design, visualizations, and original content are the property of ImmiLane's operators. The underlying PERM case data is sourced from public government records and is not owned by ImmiLane. Our original analysis, presentation, and tools built on top of that data are proprietary.
