What You're Buying
Case Watch is a paid email subscription. You register one PERM case number and receive automated status monitoring plus email summaries of that case. Three monthly recurring plans are offered: Daily digest ($8.99/month), Weekly digest ($4.99/month), and Alerts only ($2.99/month), in U.S. dollars.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your card is charged on the same day each month by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time — no phone call, no email required. Use the "Manage subscriptions" link in any Case Watch email, or visit the manage page on immilane.com and enter your email to receive a sign-in link. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep receiving emails until then. We do not prorate or refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for.
First Payment — 3 Days
If you are not satisfied with your first charge on a new subscription, email [email protected] within 3 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
Renewal Charges
Renewal charges after the first payment are generally non-refundable, because the service is delivered continuously across the month. We will still review individual requests in good faith — see below.
When We Do Issue a Refund
We will refund a charge, in full or in part, if:
- You were charged after cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same case and plan.
- We failed to deliver the emails you paid for because of a fault on our side (for example, our system stopped sending for an extended period).
- A technical error on our side resulted in an incorrect charge.
Email [email protected] with the email address you subscribed with and the case number, and we will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What Is Not Refundable
- Dissatisfaction with the content of your case status. We report what the U.S. Department of Labor publishes; we do not control it.
- Delays or changes in DOL processing.
- Emails you did not read, or emails filtered into spam by your mail provider, where delivery to your provider succeeded.
- Any period after you stopped using the service but did not cancel.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most billing problems are resolved the same day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the subscription being cancelled and the case being blocked from re-subscribing.
Price Changes
If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and may cancel before it does.
No Effect on Your Case
Case Watch is a monitoring and notification service only. It does not influence, expedite, or affect how the Department of Labor processes your case. We are not a law firm and we cannot refund you for a delayed or denied PERM case.
