We do not require account creation or login for the free site. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it through our feedback form (optional email address and message) or by subscribing to ImmiLane Case Watch (see below).
When you subscribe to Case Watch we collect and store: your email address, the PERM case number you register, your subscription plan and status, and a record of emails we sent you. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; we receive only a payment status and the last four digits and card brand.
We also retain Stripe's identifiers for your subscription (customer and subscription IDs) and your billing status; these are kept after cancellation as part of our billing records.
We log delivery problems — bounces and spam complaints reported by our email delivery provider — and use them to stop sending to addresses that bounce or mark our email as spam.
Free samples. If you request a free sample email, we collect and store your email address and the case number you enter; these are used to build and send that sample and to limit repeat requests.
Your email address and case number are used solely to monitor that case against published DOL data and to send you the emails you subscribed to, plus service messages about your subscription (payment failures, cancellation confirmations).

All PERM case data displayed on ImmiLane is sourced from publicly available records at FLAG.DOL.GOV. We do not collect or store individual immigration case details beyond what is publicly available.
Analytics data is retained according to the respective third-party service policies.
Subscriber records are retained while the subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation, so you can restart without re-registering, and are then deleted. Billing records are retained by Stripe under its own policy, and by us as required by U.S. tax and accounting law (generally seven years). Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested.
