What a DOL case status is
When an employer files a PERM application (ETA Form 9089), the DOL assigns a case number — the familiar G-100-XXXXX-XXXXXX format — and the case enters FLAG with a status that updates as it moves: Analyst Review while queued and under adjudication, Audit if documentation is requested, then Certified, Denied, or Withdrawn.
Who can look up a DOL case
FLAG accounts belong to the filer. The employer and its attorney can log in at flag.dol.gov and see the case; the sponsored worker cannot. How the DOL works through its queue
